Meeting Notes
Business Meeting tonight presided by Treasurer Lynn Wozniak.
 
March 26th Meeting: will be offsite at the Rochester Historical Society (1100 University Ave).  Bob Scheidt is leading.   Pizza and Subs will be available.
 
St. Patrick's Day Party:  Party at St. Ann's last week was a great success.  Many thanks from all the residents who loved seeing the Irish Dance group.
 
Drawdown Dinner:  Dave Shaheen leading this event announced date set for THURSDAY, May 22 at Glendoveers (2328 Old Browncroft Blvd, Rochester, NY 14625).  Dinner ($50) Appetizers, Sirloin, Chicken French, Salad, etc.  Drawdown tickets are $100 each.  Starts at 5:30.  
 
Finance Report:  budget is in good shape.  We are reducing the meal variance to break-even.  The Board is looking at possible donations for Disaster Relief and will present something shortly.  Waiting on Veteran's committee to recommend project for budgeted monies.  The club voted to support the Bicycle Safety Rodeo on May 10th with a $500 donation.
 
District Grant:  Wrapping up expenses for last year's grant for Notre Dame Learning Center.  Grant for this year is with Irondequoit Community Center to provide either a (1) Sensory Autism Tent or (2) Volleyball Mobile Kit.  More info soon.  Discussion followed about supporting Bishop Kearney need for kitchen appliances.  We will pursue this outside of the District Grant. 
 
2025/26 Officers Vote:  The club voted to accept the slate of officers.  Congratulations to all!

Camp Haccamo:  Ray Holla reminds us that the camp is seeking new Board Members and we also need a second club director to serve along with Ray. 
 
Need a basket to support the upcoming District Conference.  
 
Brandon Barnhart attended Presidents Elect Training (PETS) and has many new ideas for his term next year.  He will review with us in the near future.
 
Guy Kittelsen:  here is a link to Guy's Obituary.  Memorial service is Saturday May 10th at 11am at Resurrection Lutheran Church, 3736 St Paul Blvd.

Dave Shaheen for becoming a grandfather (son Chris and daughter-in-law Natalie's son George Alexander Shaheen) and for an upcoming trip to Portugal and Spain.
