Guests tonight: Mrs. Holla, prospective new member Lilly Lynch & our Speaker tonight Ruth Cronkwright, President of Camp Haccamo.  A moment of silence tonight to mourn the loss of past Irondequoit Rotarian, the Honorable Joseph T. Genier. Joe was an active member of our club and continued to help out with our Pasta Dinner and other fundraisers even after he retired from Rotary. Joe will be greatly missed by many members who were close friends. See Obituary. Lee Steinfeldt is heading up a committee to spruce up the Playhouse at Camp Haccamo. See Lee if you can help out. Things need to happen fast as Camp starts in July. VP Lynn Wozniak has sent out emails asking people to RSVP for the upcoming Changeover Installation Dinner on June 23rd at Cobblestone Creek. Please let Lynn know your intentions. Lou DiPrima read a very nice note from the Sunset House for the spring cleaning done by our club. Raise A Glass event will now need volunteers for both June 12 & 13th. See Dan Dwyer if you can help out. This year the Pasta Dinner will be on November 7th which will be after election day on November 2nd. The previous Sunday is Halloween so that would not work. The June 16th meeting will be for the High School Scholars who are recipients of our club's annual scholarships. The students and their parents will attend our meeting and present their plans for the future. The Business meeting originally scheduled for this date will be re-scheduled. Our club is being offered hand sanitizer in bulk. If anyone knows an organization in need of hand sanitizer, please see President Tom. |
