Brookview Book Donation

Irondequoit Rotary's latest Literacy Project in the town of Irondequoit was a donation of 41 books to a class of Brookview Elementary School students.  This project was in memory of Pat Torre, a past member who loved children and always promoted literacy.  Thanks goes to B.J. Cunningham who led the project and Patty Sheridan who donated her talents of calligraphy for the inside book cover.  The children were presented their books as the school conducted a drive-by moving up ceremony and obviously enjoyed receiving a new book for summer reading!
